Chelsea keen on to sign one of the best defenders in England

Chelsea and Manchester United keen on to sign Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose, according to reports.
The 27-year-old left-back, who has missed the start of 2017/18 campaign through injury, has been one of the best defenders in England in the recent years and could secure a big move this summer.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Red Devils have long been linked with signing Rose and are ready to try again to lure him at Old Trafford.
The 27-year-old could easily become a starter at Old Trafford, and it gives the Red Devils advantage over Chelsea.
The Daily Mirror reported last month that Man Utd are ready to offer Luke Shaw in exchange of Danny Rose.

Rose notably criticised Spurs back in August in an interview with the Sun after claiming that he could secure a big move to finally win the title.
‘Time is running out, and I do want to win trophies,’ he said. ‘I don’t want to play football for 15 years and not have one trophy or one medal.’
The Red Devils could also be boosted by Rose’s desire to play up north,
“I will say this too — I will play up north. I don’t know exactly when, but I will get back up north and play some football somewhere.’ said Rose to Sun.

South American Star Set to Be Offered £6.28m Contract to Snub Chelsea Interest

Brazil international defender Alex Sandro – who was a top summer target for defending Premier League champions Chelsea is set to be offered a new bumper deal with Italian giants Juventus, that would keep him out of the Blues grasps for the foreseeable future.
Gazzetta Dello Sport claimed that 26-year-old Brazilian defender has been offered a contract that will see him to earn around  £6.28m.

The contract would match the offer that Chelsea are preparing for his signature and Juventus are planning to do their best and fend off interest from Premier League champions.
The 26-year-old right-back is believed to be the perfect addition to the left side of Conte’s 3-5-2 formation.
Sandro’s current contract runs until the June 2020, however, if the speculation in Italy is to be believed, Brazilian defender will sign a contract extension in November.

Meanwhile, Alex Sandro’s Juventus teammates Giorgio Chiellini is also closing in on to sign a contract extension with Italian champions following interest from Chelsea.
Antonio Conte is desperate for defensive reinforcements and Juventus duo both have been linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge.
